Shipping Policy
1. General Information
At BuyEBike, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we process and ship your electric bikes and scooters from brands like Hidoes, iENYRID, and SAMEBIKE. We provide shipping services via DPD, UPS, DHL, or FedEx, with no additional taxes required. Please review the supported shipping areas below, as we may not deliver to certain locations or may require extra shipping fees for remote areas.
Notice: E-Bikes and E-Scooters are not for sale to persons under the age of 18. Underage riders must be accompanied by parents or adults when riding.
2. Supported EU Countries and Shipping Costs
We ship to the following EU countries with the specified shipping conditions:
- Free Shipping: Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Hungary, Luxembourg, Austria, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Slovenia, Slovakia, Ireland, Spain, Croatia.
- Extra Remote Area Fee (€50 per item): Romania, Estonia, Sweden, Denmark.
- Extra Remote Area Fee (€80 per item): Bulgaria, Latvia, Finland, Portugal, Greece.
Note: For deliveries to Denmark and Sweden, the price of iENYRID M4, iENYRID M4 Pro S+, iENYRID M4 Pro S+ Max, iENYRID M1, and Aokda A1 models will be higher by an additional €60 due to shipping restrictions with DPD. In such cases, we will arrange shipping via UPS or FedEx.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to the following countries: Switzerland, Cyprus, Norway.
Regions where DPD Express will not deliver:
- Spain: Canary Islands (postcodes: 35~38), Ceuta, and Melilla (postcodes: 51~52).
- Germany: Büsingen (postcodes: 78263~78266).
- Italy: Livigno (postcode: 23030) and Campione (postcode: 22060).
- DPD cannot deliver to Packstation addresses.
4. Shipping Time
In-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 working days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Delivery to Estonia takes 5-6 working days, while delivery to other EU countries may take 2-7 working days. For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. Business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and weekends), based on Central European Time (CET).
5. Holiday Shipping
During November and December, due to high order volumes, please allow extra business days for processing and delivery. Orders placed before December 13 are guaranteed for Christmas delivery. For orders placed after December 13, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
6. Shipping Changes and Cancellations
There is no charge for changing the address before we provide you with the tracking number. However:
- €20 will be charged if the address is changed after the tracking number is provided and the change is successful with the courier (DPD, UPS, DHL, or FedEx).
- €200 will be charged to cancel the order after the package has shipped.
- €200 will be charged if the customer does not accept the package or the package is undelivered.
- €200 will be charged if the package has already been delivered to the original address.
7. Order Tracking
You can track your order and shipping information by registering an account on our website. If you haven’t registered, you can still track your order using your order number. For more shipping details, email us at support@buyebike.shop. We will respond within 24 hours. Note: If your order includes accessories, they may be shipped separately.
8. Important Notes
- Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance delays or public holidays in the EU. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated times, please contact us for assistance.
- During public holidays, manufacturers and couriers may limit operations, which can affect delivery times. Normal service resumes after each holiday.
- It may take a few days after shipment for the tracking number to become active on the courier’s system. Please check again later if the information is not yet available.
- Estimated delivery times are based on past order data and are for reference only.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of DPD, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
